How I Can Help You

ReGenerate helps you make biogas happen in your community.

My name is Daniel.  You can talk to me about biogas, community power, Ontario’s feed-in tariff program, transition towns… or whatever you feel like talking about.

The first step

is to survey your community – to determine just how much biogas potential exists and where the optimal locations for anaerobic digesters and electricity generation would be. I call it a general resource assessment.

After that,

specific projects are identified and feasibility studies are completed – to determine the exact cost and amount of time needed to start the your biogas system.

To help fund these costs,

Ontario has created a program called the Community Energy Partnership Program, specifically to fund pre-project planning costs. I will help you get access to this money, so we can take the next steps.

The next steps

include application to the feed-in tariff program, coordination with your local distribution company, finding and negotiating with suppliers, securing financing – and then actual construction and project operation.

All of the support we need is in place, it’ll just take a little sweat.
