The first quarter of 2011 was mainly focused on the development of ZooShare Biogas Co-operative and the project at the Toronto Zoo. This has unfortunately slowed down my progress developing community-owned biogas plants in the Kawarthas region, which I continue to pursue, albeit slowly. It’s been a good lesson in time management working on the two projects, while also managing the growth of my business.
Other highlights included:
- Speaking and attendance at the 3rd annual Canadian Farm and Food Biogas Conference
- ReGenerate Biogas gets on facebook
- Initiation of social media presence on behalf of AgriEnergy Producers Association of Ontario
- 2nd annual Our Fields Our Future Agricultural Symposium in Peterborough County
